As previously mentioned, I'm sharing previously released episodes of the podcast I co-host - A Woman's Brew - starting from the beginning.
On episode 000 (our trailer), my co-host from Love Beer Learning beer school (Joanne) and I give a quick introduction to ourselves. We let you all know how we both got into the craft beer scene and what we're hoping to accomplish with our podcast. In episode 001, Joanne and I start with a topic near and dear to both of our hearts - Female head brewers! Though we are a podcast meant for all people while also looking to inspire other average women to find their place and comfort within the craft beer scene, we wanted to kick things off showcasing just some of the fantastic female brewers from within the UK. Some - if not all - may surprise you as they simply aren't talked about enough we feel.
We also look to give our feedback on each of the beers we sampled (we sampled a different beer each for the 3 different breweries - 6 different beers total) and Joanne highlights some female empowering events that have been run within the UK brewing scene.
