<3 Love is in the air <3
That "love" could be romantic towards a partner, platonic towards a friend, or even just a good old fashioned dose of self-love where you want to treat yo'self! (first of 2 Parks & Recs reference to come). Maybe there's even an extra special podcast cohost in your life.... In episode 22 of A Woman's Brew Podcast, the always lovely Joanne and I turn up the heat and get a little spicy! Honestly, this episode is oozing with so much sex appeal (like our suggestions about some brilliant beer-based dates), I have no idea how it's not labelled NSFW!!!
With Valentines Day around the corner next week, we "stop in the name love" to reflect on some good brewery-based gift ideas as well as some boozy, beer-based but indulgent desserts you can make. And kick those cliché boxes of chocolates and bouquets of flowers to the curb as we have some alternative options for those as well.
Oh, and we drink some beers too.... I guess that's kind of important. In episode 22, we sink our taste buds in to Take A Break and Moose Mousse from Fierce Beer, get lost in the decadence of Brew York's Extra Brownie Pints, and finish it all off with a unique flavour combo (and the reason behind the name for this episode) Abbeydale Brewery's Pink Tigers and Rooftop Jacuzzis.
